Funeral Expenses

Some of you know that my uncle, William (Willie) Stith, was recently diagnosed with a rare form of bile duct cancer. He was Stage IV when it was found. He lost his brief but courageous fight early this morning.

Being self-employed before his aggressive illness hit unexpectedly, he did not have funds tucked aside for medical and funeral expenses. The past few months have been very difficult for his family as they navigated multiple emergency visits, chemo, and not enough time to say goodbye.

A plan to hold a celebration of life is underway. If you are willing to donate, the money will be used directly for funeral expenses and any required medical payments so the burden doesn't fall on my grandmother. Contact me directly if you'd like to help in another way.
