Penny the pregnant pitbull.

This is Penny. She is a pregnant pitbull, and she was found tied to a post and abandoned at a local park in Portland. Unfortunately, most no-kill shelters in Oregon do not accept a dog that is an "owner surrender." The few shelters that do accept a surrendered dog are full and cannot accept a mother and litter at this time. We need help caring and providing for Penny and her upcoming litter. We need LOTS of newspaper, blankets and towels. We will also need to provide a consistent diet of high quality puppy food as well as shots and puppy check-ups and getting Penny spayed. We are asking for help for Penny and her pups. Any donation helps, no amount is too small. Thank you very much.
