Jacobs' Family Fund

My name is Isela Jacobs.  On Tuesday September 13th, 2016, I lost my beloved husband, Michael J. Jacobs.  He leaves behind his 12 year old twin boys, whom he loved dearly.  He had spent 3 weeks in the hospital and was getting ready to go home when he suddenly passed.  It was unexpected and devastating.  At this time, our family cannot afford to pay for the medical expenses and bills that accrued.
I am asking for any help you are able to give in order to help us ease the debt and put our lives back together after such loss.   Michael was an inspirational, caring, hard working person.  He worked up until his last day. He was a wonderful father, caring son, brother and loving husband, who always had a positive attitude and outlook on life.  He touched and inspired so many people through his coaching of youth basketball, soccer, baseball and soccer teams.
