Mama Jacqueline

Hi, my name is Jaffa. My siblings and I are fundraising for my mum Rosette for flights to go to my grandmothers funeral. My grandmother was an incredibly strong woman who worked and fought tirelessly for her children to come to England to have a better life. She was a property developer and farmer in Congo and her talents did not go amiss. If it wasn’t for her we wouldn’t have the life that we have today and it is so heartbreaking that we will never get to see her again and give her the goodbye she deserves. It’s very expensive to buy a ticket to go to Congo especially this short notice and it’s not something that my family can afford. All of the funds raised will go toward flights to Congo. I’d really like to give my mum the opportunity so say her final goodbye to my grandma in the place that she grew up.

We are also raising for my aunt as we would like to give them both the chance to be there together to put my grandma to rest.
