Logan's Hope
Logan Bolluck, a heart transplant baby at six months old is back at Loma Linda Children's Hospital at age 6, with pre cancerous masses in two parts of his colon. The doctors say will turn to cancer soon so they are going to take out the entire colon.
Logan and his mom have now been in a small room at Loma Lindas Children's hospital, acute care pediatrics unit for 5 weeks. Mom has not left his side, except for the occasional trip to showers or to grab a bite to eat.
There is still no plan on letting him go home and no idea on recovery time from his colonectomy. We still cannot see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Mom has been out of work now for those five weeks and is the sole bread winner for the household.
Logan's medical costs are being covered, but mom is needing help paying the rent, buying food, and covering the bills required to keep the house and home for them to return to.
Any little bit will help, and family is willing to show full transparency.
