To help someone in need

On Sunday around 4:30pm vic arrived home n noticed his car was smoking he got out n opened the hood and went to ask a neighbor for help when he went to ask the neighbor for help the car caught on fire and they immediately call 911 the fire started to spread to the garage until firefighters came n put it out it was no one’s fault that all this had happened, me and my neighbors came together n decided to help them out any donations would be greatly appreciated
