Baby Jaxon LeClair's heart Surgery

Donation protected

On September 4th 2016 baby Jaxon Wayne LeClair entered the world, weighing 8lbs 2oz. and measuring 20" long. His parents, Amanda and Jerad LeClair along with a very excited big sister Kylee, took baby home after 3 days in the hospital. Full of love and euphoria, they spent 10 amazing days at home with their perfect little man.
On September 15th Jaxon had his first checkup, it was then discovered that his little heartbeat was irregular. The next day he was seen by a cardiologist at Tacoma General, where the heartbreaking news was confirmed. Jaxon would need heart surgery due to an underdeveloped valve that was not allowing enough blood to be pumped through his body. This is called Coarctation. During observations, Baby LeClair's doctors discovered yet another defect on the aortic arch of his heart. This new diagnosis forces the doctors to perform the procedure by open chest surgery instead of the less invasive, laparoscopic surgery. To get the best care possible Jaxon was moved to Seattle Children's Hospital.
Little Jaxon Wayne will undergo his surgery on September 20th and will get through his recovery with all the love and support from his family and friends.
My name is Michele and I am the Auntie of this perfect little boy and am trying to help this wonderful family raise money for the medical procedures that will make Jaxon's heart stronger than ever. I hope and pray that we can come together and help their family in any way possible. Any donations will help immensely.
