Terminally Ill Mother's Wish

Hello! I’m Emma, I’m raising money to surprise my lovely mother with her dream, a trip to New York. My mother, Sharon, was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2012, after  surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy she was given the all clear in 2013. Unfortunately in September 2014 she was diagnosed with Secondary Breast Cancer in the majority of bones in her body, her liver and brain which is now terminal. For the past 2 years she has been fighting gruelling treatments,unfortunately they have all eventually become ineffective. Her cancer is now very aggressive and her time is limited. Despite all of this, she is continually selfless and determined to live the rest of her life to fullest.
 
Her biggest dream is to go to New York at Christmas. This is a wish we have shared since I was a little girl and something we thought we would have a lifetime to do... Due to her diagnosis and rapid decline in health over  the past couple of months it has become apparent that we actually have very little timeat all.  

She is such a kind and generous person who deserves so much more luck than she has received. She has spent her working life caring for others as member of an NHS team in emergency care.  She gives so much to her family and friends and I’d love to give something back to her. A holiday to New York doesn't even compare to how much she has given me throughout my life, but it is a start.  
  
This page is for all donations, big or small to help make her dream a reality,  I originally planned to save all the money myself over a few years  to take her but this is sadly no longer an option and the savings I have made will not cover it. This is something she really and truly deserves and I am so grateful for any donations anyone can make.  

I need to rasie the money fairly fast in order to ensure her best health for the trip. Therefore I would like to have rasied the money by the end of November.

All money raised will go towards flights, accommodation, spending money and her travel insurance. Any remaining money will be donated to Macmillan Cancer Support.

P.S This is a SURPRISE holiday for her, so if you know her or any of her family please do not say a word or share on any social media accounts in which you are friends with her on (or her family members). The only family members who know about this trip is myself, NOBODY else knows including her husband, sons or siblings so please do not share with any of her family members. Her last name has not been mentioned and a picture of her face has not been used to prevent her finding out. Thank you again!
