Mariza's PTE Surgery fund

Hi my names Mariza, back in 2012, I was diagnosed with blood clots in both my lungs, known as PEA Pulmonary Endarterectomy; been on coumadin since. About 80% of the blood clot, have been disolved with the coumadin, unfortunately, the other 20% did not and still stuck in a few of my arteries in my lungs. It unfortunately, formed into the (PTE) Pulmonary Thromboendarterectomy. And, now needing surgery to remove and reconstruct the right lung. The only way to do so, is open heart surgery which takes a minimum of 16hours. The only hospital in the world that can perform this surgery, is in San Diego. The University of California, San Diego Heath System. With that said, I have to be in San Diego for 4-6 weeks for Surgery Prep, Surgery and recovery to fly back home to my family. I'm a mother of 3 handsome boys, ages are, 22,16 & 4 and my beautiful 8 year old daughter. I am looking to raise money for my airfare, hotel stay, transportation, food and medical needs. My downtime recovery, can take up to 3 months.

I am looking forward to getting this surgery done, so I can live a long and healthy life with my beautiful family.

I leave for San Diego October 17, 2016 and Surgery is scheduled for October 25, 2016
