Shane Melton's Medical Fund

I'm Robin Crockett Melton, and Shane Melton is my brother-in-law, and my husband, Tim's business partner.  Shane and Tim are co-owners of Melton Brothers Masonry in Black Mountain, and they come from a long line of craftsmen.  In fact, their great-great-great grandfather built the gate when you enter Montreat, as well as many buildings around town that are still in use today.

Shane has been diagnosed with cancer, and he has no health insurance.  What he DOES have, however, is a family, and a home, and all of the expenses associated with day-to-day life. 

Shane will be out of work for a prolonged period of time, as will his wife while she cares for him, and anyone who has even a remote understanding of cancer knows the exorbitant expenses associated with the treatments.

My goal is to raise money to help Shane and his family so as to alleviate the financial stress of providing for his family, and to relieve his wife of the added burden of trying to work to provide for their two boys as well as taking care of Shane.

Shane will be starting his treatments the last week of September, so help is needed as soon as possible.
