Please help me get my smile back!

Hi, my name is Matt Wisbey. In 2012 I had to quit my career as an entertainer for health reasons. It took me nearly a decade to return to my career eventhough i still have several health conditions. . I now sing in venues across East Anglia and present a drivetime show 5 days a week on local Suffolk radio. This is all being put into jeopardy. Due to health complications, all my teeth have started falling out. This means I'm having real difficulty speaking and singing. I've only just started my career again and have no savings. I stand to lose it all again if I can't get my teeth right. I have been quoted around £25,000 to get sorted in the UK. This is beyond me. However treatment is available abroad. I am therefore asking for your help to get my teeth sorted. Without them my career will fail before its even started.
