Dawn's Medical Expenses

Dawn was in a terrible car accident on November 20th right before Thanksgiving. She has been in the hospital ever since resulting in her spending Christmas there too. She broke her left foot, shattered her right ankle, broke five ribs, and degloved her right knee. She was flown to Palm Springs hospital where she stayed 25 days before being able to come back to hospital here in Yuma. During treatment for her injuries it was discovered that she is also in stage five kidney failure and will need to be on dialysis while she waits for a kidney donation. The past few weeks have been overwhelming for Dawn as she faces the recovery of her injuries and the terrifying news of needing a transplant. Needless to say, she will not be able to work for several months. She will need continued care as she cannot walk and is adjusting to dialysis. Any help with her continued care and medical expenses would be appreciated.
