I set up this GoFundMe page for my father, Frank Gore. On August 25th, he was having serious chest pains and shortness of breath, so he admited himself to the hospital. The doctors ran some tests and found out he actually had a mild heart attack. The doctors decided to immediately put him into surgery and he underwent a triple bypass open-heart surgery. According to the doctors, the surgery went very well, with no complications. So we are more than ecstatic about that news! He is now on his long road to recovery.
My dad is a self employed contractor who has spent his whole life working with his hands. The doctors are telling us that he will need a minimum of 3 months away from work, probably longer with the kind of work he does. It is my parents main source of income and they do not have much without it.
My immediate family and I will be doing our best to come up with all of the money needed to help them stay afloat, but between hospital costs and monthly bills for the next 3 or 4 months, I really don't know how much money will be needed. So I am trying to raise some extra money to help with it all.
If you know my dad, you know that he is one of the most genuine, loving, and hardest working men you have ever met. So it would mean the world to my family and I for ANY support you would be able to offer. If anything, we would appreciate that you just share this on Facebook, etc.
