Emotional and Financially Crushing Diagnosis
This diagnosis is a crushing blow both emotionally, logistically and financially. A former foster child herself, at 34 years old she is in the process of adopting her 3 foster boys. Her job offers no sick leave to soften the financial burden. Like many people she does not have the vast funds needed to cover costs such as utilities, food and rent during treatment.
Our Community Hero
Nicole has changed many lives around the Tampa Bay area. Support her cancer battle as she has supported the community. It is our turn to support her. She created the None Lost Movement to combat abuse head on, after experiencing abuse herself as a child. A 2016 Lightning Community Hero recipient, she donated the fifty thousand dollar award to Wheels of Success to support their mission to provide personal transportation solutions to keep people in Tampa Bay working and sustain their independence as the “advocacy mobile” she received from them got her on the road to success.
