I was not prepared for how much our lives would change without any notice on September 23, 2016.
My mom was watching my little sister in the play area of the Cascade Mall. When my 16 year old sister, Sarai, wanted to go to Macy's. I Know my mom never thought that would be the last time any of us would see her alive.
My sister was only 16-year-old she went to Mount Vernon High School and was a sophomore. She was a Cancer Surivor! A very sweet, loving and caring girl. She was taken to soon.
Just a week ago my mom took her in for her check up. She was still cancer free! At that moment we were all relieved and thanked God for keeping her healthy. She had a second chance to live her life. None of us ever thought it would be for such a short time.
My family and I were not prepared for this. As no family should ever have to be. No family should ever have to plan for a funneral of a 16 year old daughter or sister. Which is why my family and I graciously asking for your help in order to pay for all of these unforeseen expenses that are going to come due to this horiffic tragedy. Anything no matter how big or small will help us greatly.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts in helping our family during such a difficult time. My God bless you and keep you and your family safe.
