Help Fatima's Family Escape Gaza

My name is Fatima Mohamed Salah Al-Naqla and I am 52 years old. I am a widow whose husband died 13 years ago. I raised my five children alone and made them who they are today. My young son died at age 15 in the fall of 2024 because he was deprived of access to medical treatment for his rare but treatable condition.

I want to save my family from the war and for my surviving son to complete his medical studies in Egypt. The situation in Gaza is very, very difficult. We are living in terror, destruction, and high prices. We are exposed to death at any moment, in the streets and even in our homes. I need to travel with my family outside Gaza and for my second son to complete his university studies in Egypt. I hope to escape from Gaza and for the rest of my family to survive the war. I am asking for your donations to help us, me and my remaining family, survive the war.

My name is Christa Robinson, and I am a graduate student at Michigan State University. I have gotten to know Fatima over the past few months via chatting online. She first came to me to help her fundraise for her son, Ahmed, so that he might earn enough to fund a trip outside of Gaza to receive much needed medical treatment. Unfortunately, that opportunity never arrived, and he passed away of a treatable condition due to the lack of access to medical treatment to Palestinians in Gaza.

Please consider supporting Fatima in her quest to finally get to Egypt with her remaining family. Funds will be used to support Fatima's needs in Gaza such as food, clothing and shelter until she can begin to save and establish travel plans to Egypt. The cost per person is $7000 and there are 12 people to transport. They are also saving for university tuition and fees which cost about $7000 annually.
