Help for Glenn and Judy Balsley

Glenn and Judy were effected by the flash floods that occurred in Iowa this week. The swift moving water caused structural damage to their home that allowed water to enter the main level of their home. Most of their personal property was damaged or destroyed. They do not live in a flood zone so they do not have flood insurance.
The flood waters also destroyed their only vehicle. Judy has serious medical issues that require extensive travel for treatment so a replacement vehicle is critical.
