Help me to bring back my smile!

Hi my name is Belinda, they call me B. I live in Arizona I'm a mother of three beautiful grown women and a grandmother of two smart and beautiful granddaughters and one handsome and fun grandson. I love my life, but a few years back I use to wake up gagging with stomach acid in my mouth. That's when I found out I had 2 ulcers and erosion in my esophagus. When I lay down my stomach acid leaks back into my throat and mouth. I changed my diet and did what Doctor said, everything was good until a couple years ago. My gums started getting infected and making it hard to brush teeth, causing gingivitis & gum disease. Two yrs. ago my first tooth fell out in the front, I cried. Then I started having very painful toothache, which lead to 2 more teeth getting pulled out. I have a total of 4 full teeth on top, 7 on bottom and 3 broken, the roots and nerves at the gum line are exposed and very painful sometimes. I can't bite into anything, I have to drink with a straw and food gets trapped in pockets in my infected gums. I'm embarassed to smile, talk, or laugh, because right away people think I'm an addict. In February this year 2021 I went to dentist, he pulled 4 teeth in front on top, they were the ones giving the most pain at the time. Referred me to Phoenix (3 hrs. Away) for oral surgery. My insurance approved most of it except $3604.00. I don't know why?? I'm not working, ( because of teeth)  just odd jobs from family and friends. I really need to get this takin care of because it's affecting my health; headaches, sinus problems, High blood pressure (168/113) high heart rate (ave. 106-113) and stomach problems. I don't feel like my issue is as important as others on gofundme, but my mom says it is, health wise. It is very toxic I guess? I turn 50 on 12/12 and I would love to have a beautiful smile to show off, plus be rid of my pain and health conditions! Start smiling, laughing, eating, and enjoy llife again!
