Please help with our new home

Hi , my name is David Stedman. I am a 54 year old father of a 4 year old and am going through a rather bitter divorce. I am living with my brother while my daughter lives with mom . fortunately I’m able to see her quite often and I’m truly grateful for than. I have 2 jobs and work 6 days a week . I recently had an opportunity to purchase a mobile home in the same park my daughter lives in. The current owner has moved and decided to give me the mobile home for 1 dollar because they had planned on just walking away from it. The only unfortunate thing is they are behind 2 months of lot rent which I will have to come up with before I can move in. If we can move here, it would be a dream come true to live close to my daughter and for her to have her own room. I hope you can find it in your heart to help. I’m a very hard worker but unfortunately I live paycheck to paycheck and only have enough for my current bills. I hope you have the kindness in your heart to help.
