Laurie's Kick Cancer Fund

Hello, I am Wendy Tuveson Taylor, the best friend of Laurie Thrun Southerton. If anybody knows me, they will know I am speaking from so deep in my heart about one of the most important  people in my life, Laurie. Back in March Laurie found out she has Stage 4 Neuroendocrine Cancer.  It is a rare cancer. In the past 6 months the different treatments she has been doing have been ineffective. There is a cancer center down in Texas that has shown success in this type of cancer.  However,  insurance does not cover all of it because it is out of state and out of network.  There will be thousands of dollars needed for this treatment. She would like to go to Texas as soon as possible.  It would mean so much to me and many others if you could help Laurie make it through this healing journey with whatever size donation you can.  I need my best friend with me for many more years.  We have had so many memories and so many more we would like to make.  Thank you for helping me keep this beautiful person, inside and out,  with us for a lot longer.
