House fire

I am a disabled vet. Yesterday morning I was awoken to the worst nightmare imaginable, my home on fire and filled with smoke. My wife and youngest son was not at home at the time. I was able to get out with minor smoke inhalation, however we lost everything else including 4 fur babies. I got out with clothes I had on and my wife, who was at work, had the clothes she wore. We have insurance on the contents but not sure what is going to happen with the house as we was buying it on contract. Our contract would have been paid off in a year. Any money we get is going to pay off the property and towards rebuilding.
