Loving tribute for Kayla

My name is Amy and Kayla is my niece. I have created this fundraiser to help Renee, Kayla’s mom, with funeral expenses. Please read below.

On September 9, 2022 our world was forever changed. Our amazing 18 year-old Kayla Rose Lumpkins passed away. Kayla went to sleep Thursday night and never woke up. Her mother, Renee, went to wake her up Friday morning and discovered she had already passed. The family & friends are absolutely devastated.

Our free-spirit nature-lover graduated with honors from the top percentage of her class at Naaman Forest High School in 2022. She excelled at everything she did. Those that know her affectionately refer to her as the Triple Threat: she was an integral part to the Drama Department, Drill Team, and Choir at Naaman Forest. She is enrolled at the University Of Texas-Dallas and was enjoying beginning of her college career.

Kayla literally lit up the room whenever she walked in. Our family is in complete shock as Kayla is one of the kindest, sweetest, most beautiful souls that ever graced this earth. She left her mark on every person she met, and she never met a stranger. She genuinely loved everyone and wanted the best for everybody. She would always let everyone know that there is room for everyone at the top.

Renee is a single Mom that lost her Momma 9 months ago and is now having to make arrangements for her daughter. Any contribution will be extremely appreciated & will help with the funeral expenses.
