Oilfield/family man

First of all  we are starting this to help our mom defray medical and funeral cost.... As some of you may know our dad Les Byars was diagnosed a year ago with stage 4 colon cancer. He fought long hard battle. After 2 major surgeries and a year of chemotherapy and multiple test and scans done. The cancer won....
So, a little bit about our dad. He was a very hardworking oilfield man and stopped at nothing to do what he had to for his family. He always tried to do the right thing and would give the shirt off his back just to help another person out, the only thing he asked in return was a handshake and respect. One of many things that we have learned thru this difficult time is that our daddy had TONS of respect and we couldn't be more happier.
With that said, him and our mom Jamie just celebrated their 35 year anniversary on July 24. He worked his whole life so he could support his family and so mom could stay at home and raise us. There were a lot of beans and rice  and Hamburger Helper years but we made it through. Dad hasn't been able to work in over a year and the medical bills have climbed and now with a funeral it's a little overwhelming.  
That was his main worry was his "beautiful bride"(what he told everyone she is) be taken care of. Our dad loved our mom more then anything and everyone knew it and the  fairy tale love between these two is only what people dream of.
