Funeral Trip

Maze's oldest brother, Chris, was killed in a car accident this morning. He and his family live in the Ga. mountains. We live in Colorado. As you guys know, I am currently not working while being treated for breast cancer. Maze is on disability, which is not much. To say funds are limited right now would be the understatment of this whole entire lousy year. We have no extra money and no available credit to use to get to Chris' funeral. Obviously, at least Maze has to be there. He would also obviously like to have his wife with him. My doctor has said it's ok for me to make the trip if we can figure out a way to make it. All money will go toward airfare, car rental, and hotel. LJ has helped me in the past, and I feel guilty asking now. But this is a devastating, unexpected emergency, and I literally have no other options. I won't be able to pay this money back, but I promise when I'm back on my feet to pay it forward. The funeral is next week, we would fly out on the 11th of October. Please don't give if it hurts, but please do if you can spare it. Maze and I would be so very grateful for anything at this point.
