On July 1, 2021, at the young age of 23 years old my son Jesus Rodriguez was taken away from me and my family by two Douglas County Sheriff's Deputies. Due to an ongoing investigation on the two Deputies I am limited to the full details of the incident but from the information given to me by the GBI I have perceived what happened to my son to be a case of unjust deadly force. This gofundme has been created to help with proceeds to bury my son and to aide in the relocation of my family out of Douglas County. I have to pass the crime scene daily to go home everyday and It's torture to relive this tragedy . Relocating will also keep me and my other children out of harms way and harassment which has already started, I feel that we must move immediately. We appreciate anything that can be contributed. Jesus's funeral proceeds are due July 22, 2021. Thank you.
