Family in need of a new roof!

Hello!
We are the Lamy family. We live in a small one-level ranch-style modular home in Southern New Hampshire (see picture below).
I, Amy Lamy, am a quadriplegic. I was paralyzed when I was 26 years old and have been on disability since then. We are a one-income family. My husband, Paul, works 2 jobs to try to make ends meet. Paul & I are college sweethearts. We have a beautiful daughter, "Gabby", and we need your help!
For several years now, we have had leaks in our roof. During these years, we have made repairs to those areas...basically, we patched them up. However, these "patch" jobs just don't hold up to our heavy downpours, and snow & ice storms here in the Northeast. Last winter was very rough with record snowfall that caused huge ice dams on our roof. These ice dams led to more leaking. We are in desperate need of a new roof now.
As you can see from the pictures below, these areas are still leaking and will continue to do so until we get a new roof. Please help us to get a new roof before this coming winter!
