Rachel’s House Fire AND Home Invasion Relief

Donation protected
My partner Rachel has fallen victim to a traumatic home invasion this morning while she was home. Looters broke into the adjoining unit, which has been left vulnerable due to a house fire two weeks ago, and the landlords are unreachable at this time.
Rachel was huddled terrified in her own room hearing the footsteps of the looters just beyond the wall, and then crashing as they tried to smash through into her hallway and bedroom.
The fire, caused by a short in her landlords’ AC unit, had already rendered her apartment uninhabitable for at least 12 months, and Rachel had been trying to move over the next few weeks, but after today she’s not spending another night there. She’s got a hotel reserved for tonight and the next few days, with her mother and best friend. They are hemorrhaging money and resources just to stay afloat while trying to relocate Rachel which is proving to be extremely difficult and time consuming and costly. Rachel is a yoga teacher and teaches remotely from her home so she also has zero income these harrowing weeks since the fire.
Any contribution will help, and  your generosity and kindness paid forward.
