Cooper Dressing 4 Success

Friends and Family.... I need your help with some Dress Shirts and Tie Donations.....As you know I am a Coach of a local football team in MN and I have never stayed in the lines with respect to my job.. I love to go outside the box to make things better. Currently even though we have done great getting kids off to college there is a misconception of our students at Cooper. So what I want to do is change a culture in our building by utilizing the Leaders that come out for football. We as a team have agreed to dress for success starting in 2 weeks. our Players will set the tone for the building and set a Trend. We as a Team will Dress up in Shirts Slacks and Ties on Monday and Wednesday. As Coach Tony Patterson states Mondays will be Mindset Monday. We want our Players to walk in to class 1st hour with the mindset of BEING successful. Tuesday and Thursday they are encouraged to where polo style shirts and then on Wednesday they will dress up again to symbolize UNITY in the building for "We WILL succeed Wednesdays" Players will be asked why are they dressed up and the answer wont be because coach told us to but rather be a genuine response of our TEAM Goal. The hope is to INSPIRE the building. If we can change the culture of our Young Men I believe it will also change the culture of our young women. Our kids do not have a lot of money at all. We are asking them to buy 1 dress shirt then we are trying to fundraise 100 more . We are looking for 250 Ties so that the players can exchange ties daily with a check out system so that they can look fly every time. Finally we will ask players to make it personal and take selfies and post them in the am.. we will take a poll and winners for student of the week will receive a Dinner from a local restaurant sponsor....
