My name is Melissa Swaar. After being removed from my abusive childhood home at the age of 8, I was sent to a hospital. It was the first place I ever felt safe, relaxed, and comfortable. So many people made me their top priority and I am forever grateful. Since then, I have felt my purpose in life is to support others with that same level of safety, relaxation and comfort.
I have been accepted into ASIS Massage Therapy School in Tucson, Arizona. ASIS is an exclusive and rigorous six-month program that requires 750 hours of practice massage.
It has been an honor to have been selected for this opportunity. After completing this full-time program starting in February 2017, I will graduate with my massage therapy license in August 2017 and will have expertise in fields such as Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage and several others. I will also graduate with Chiropractic Assistant Training to work with chiropractors.
I am raising $12,500 to help pay for tuition, books, and supplies. I’ll be excited to share my new knowledge and skills with you in return for your generous donation! Thank you so much for all of your help!

Level 1 - For $10 I will send you an E-booklet containing my five favorite recipes, stress relieving practices and ideas, and my favorite stretches.
Level 2 - For $25 I will send you the E-booklet from above along with your choice of a box of incense or a scented candle.
Level 3 - For $50 I will give you a 30 minute massage while I am in training along with the E-booklet and a box of incense or a scented candle.
Level 4 - For $100 I will give you a one hour massage while I am in training along with the gift of the E-booklet and the incense or a scented candle.
Level 5 - For $250 I will give you 2 one hour massages while I am in training or after graduation at a location of your choice in Tucson, Arizona. E-booklet and incense or candle included.
Level 6 - For $500 I will give you 4 one hour massages while I am in training or after graduation at a location of your choice in Tucson, Arizona. E-booklet and incense or candle included.
Level 7 - For $1000 I will give you 10 one hour massages while I am in training or after graduation at a location of your choice in Tucson, Arizona. E-booklet and incense or candle included.
Level 8 - For $2500 I will give you one weekly, one hour massage for six months while I am in training or after graduation at a location of your choice in Tucson, Arizona. E-booklet and incense or candle included.
