*Final update from Tim’s wife Becky:
“Timothy Joseph Arellano has moved.
Yesterday evening Tim moved to be with the Lord, free of cancer and pain.
Timothy Joseph Arellano 11/06/1979 to 10/08/2024
“So we are always confident, knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord. We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord.”
‭‭II Corinthians‬ ‭5‬:‭6‬, ‭8‬ ‭
Thank you for all your prayers. A service will be planned for sometime in November, details to come.
God’s love,
Becky, Makenna and Olivia Arellano”

Hi my name is Melissa and my family has been blessed to know Tim, Becky, and the girls. This family is always giving of their time and resources to help local and overseas people in need. Well, now they have a need. As they walk this scary cancer journey, I am hoping to help relieve them of some financial burdens that have come their way. Please consider helping this amazing family. Below is Tims story.
God Bless!

Tim was first diagnosed in June of 2022 with soft tissue sarcoma in the neck. July 2022 the tumor was removed, and he completed radiation in the fall. Due to the surgery his vagus nerve was damaged and caused him to have a paralyzed vocal cord. After a 6 month period he went in for a MRI which showed areas of concern. In August 2023 a PET scan was done and the cancer metastasized to the lymph nodes, left humerus bone, and hips. Halloween afternoon his humerus bone cracked due to the cancer and he spent 11 days in the hospital due to the severe pain and surgery to fix the bone. He is undergoing radiation treatments for the humerus bone but the sarcoma is rare and difficult to treat.

UPDATE:
Diagnosis: metastatic malignant solitary fibrous tumor. High positive for non-small cell lung cancer. Right middle lobe pulmonary nodule/tumor doubled in size to 13x13 mm since August. Tumors located in the right neck surrounding the coratid artery, right middle lung and right lymph nodes and left humerus bone. Bone involvement is generally viewed as a late stage of disease spread. Survival score determines 6-9 months.
In two weeks Tim will start chemotherapy to help keep the cancer at bay and hopefully help with the pain. The hope is that the chemotherapy will help to shrink the tumor in his neck to take the pressure off his vagus nerve and coratid artery which they are worried could cause him to have a stroke or heart attack.

Update 9/4/24: Tim is home with his wife and daughters on hospice living his final days with his loved ones. He has not been working for months now, and his words are barely a whisper. If you could bless this family with any amount it would be so helpful. Becky is trying to work and take care of Tim and the girls. Thank you in advance for your donation. ❤️ Let’s love on this sweet family.
