Help Mahmoud and his family survive

Salam everyone,

Im Melanie (chamorrab) and im raising funds for Mahmoud Osamaa and his 18 family members who are displaced in Deir Al-Balah currently.

Here is Mahmouds story:

Hello, I am Mahmoud from Gaza. I am 22 years old. I graduated with a major in technology engineering in Gaza, the first in my class.

Our lives were simple and happy. I dreamed of a job to support my family, which I love. We slept in warm homes and warm beds. The prices were reasonable. We had employers and jobs. We had enough food. We used to go to the sea. Me, my family, and my friends. We were truly happy, but since the war began against us 230 days ago, more than 8 months ago, our lives would turn into a tragedy.

We stayed in northern Gaza and were displaced under bombing and destruction. Our house was completely destroyed. We also fled to Khan Yunis and they told us that it was a safe area. Then they bombed near our school in Khan Yunis and threatened us. Rather, we were displaced and we were displaced again under the bombing. One of my sisters also gave birth in the tent with only local anesthesia

We had many casualties and martyrs and we escaped certain death, then we were displaced again. From Khan Yunis to Rafah, then they threatened us in Rafah and we were displaced again to Deir al-Balah. We live in cold tents and the prices are very high.

There are no job opportunities in this war, and we have no money left. Now it is a cruel game of starvation against us (if we survive the massacres, we may not survive the hunger and siege), and we suffer from shortages. We suffer from many diseases and from mosquitoes in the tents and no aid comes to us.

My sister, Amal, is married and 31 years old. Her husband (Issam), 36 years old. Their children (Nada - Nour - Waseem - Youssef - Hammoud)

Please stand with me to help my large family of 18 people including infants. Your help keeps us alive and overcomes the war of hunger to buy all the basics we need, such as food, drink, water, vegetables, medicines, living supplies, diapers for children, milk for children, and clothes for children and the family in light of the lack of availability. Job opportunities, not receiving any aid, and the difficult conditions in the tents you who are reading this right now, you are our last hope.
