Dear Family, Friends, and Loved Ones,
It is with great sadness that we must share this news. On the early morning of November 10th, our beloved Shawn "Blazay" Ballard tragically lost his life in a car accident.
This loss has struck us all deeply, but none more so than for his three children, Josiah, Isaiah "Ozzie" and Chloe, his mother, Lynette as well as his siblings and nieces/nephews. His passing will leave a void in our hearts forever.
Shawn always had a way of being the life of the party, no matter what he was dealing with. He always showed so much love towards those around him, and he will truly be missed.
I'm sure we all know; nobody really plans for this kind of thing. The final expenses can be incredibly overwhelming, especially during a time like this.
We are incredibly grateful for the outpouring of love and support from the community and all who love Shawn.

The GoFund me is in Shawn’s cousins name, Shanna (at the request of his mother), but all proceeds will go towards Shawn's funeral expenses and any remaining, will go to his beautiful children who are left without a father.
