In Loving Memory Of Jesse Lechner

Dear family and friends, On October 24, Jesse Lechner passed on suddenly from this temporary home here with us; while we grieve his tragic absence, we celebrate his life. Jesse was truly one of a kind! He was the beloved son of Tom and Chris Lechner, a caring brother to Carime and Rachel, a loving father to Andrew (Andy), a loyal friend to many, and a sensitive soul. His sense of humor and smile brightened the room and he could make friends with any stranger. Jesse loved to cook and spice up any recipe, he was an extraordinary artist and enjoyed teaching his son how to draw. He enjoyed making things like hemp jewelry and Lego creations with Andy. He loved fishing, skateboarding, listening to music, watching stand up comedy, and spending time with his son, Andy. Jesse had many friends and family members that he cared about and he took joy in being with them. He was the kind of guy that regarded others above himself and sought out ways to help others. Everyone enjoyed his company and we are all at such a loss without him. We know that many of you wish to express your sympathies in a way that will honor Jesse and we believe that he would want that expression to go toward the care of his son. There was nothing that brought him greater joy than being with Andy.We have set up this gofundme account as a college scholarship fund for Andy and we hope that in lieu of flowers or other monetary gifts, you would consider this as a more appropriate way to honor the life of Jesse.
