Safe Sleep for Louisiana Babies
Donativo protegido
As you know, Southern Louisiana suffered unprecedented flooding last week. Thousands and thousands of people are displaced, living in shelters and with families and friends. Many families had to leave behind their cribs, and there is a terrible risk to small babies sleeping in shelters or in homes without cribs. Our local Fetal Infant Mortality Review Team and our Child Fatality Review Team would like to send cribs to the innocent victims of the Louisiana flood to provide a safe sleeping environment. No lives should be lost to unsafe sleep. All money raised will go to the purchase of portable cribs and safe sleep sacks. These cribs will be purchsed by the Vanderburgh County Health Department and shipped directly to the Louisiana State Health Department for distrubution.
Any donation is greatly appreciated.
Let’s let the flood victims of Louisiana know we care about their babies.
