Dear Friends,
I'm sure you remember Dr. Rachel Larson from our Academy days. How can you forget those History classes and the Davy Crockett hat! Dr. Larson was a great teacher and I am writing to tell you about a need she has.
In 2006 while delivering laundry she had washed for boys in the dorm, Dr. Larson tripped and fell on the sidewalk. From that fall two of her teeth died... one was knocked out and one knocked sideways. Because of this she had to have surgery. The bone graph which was done did not take and they went in and took out the dead bone. In, October of last year she had a bone marrow graph and X-rays. In March, 2016, she had two bone graphs which were put in horizontally. Next will be implant screws and then crowns to go on the screws. You can see there are big bills to pay. Dr. Larson was a blessing to me while in school! I would love to see if we can be a blessing to her and cover these bills. Dr. Larson still lives on back campus at BJU.
