Kelley Neoma(Noaker-Strange) Meyer was born December 17,1977, 52 mins after me, her twin, Shelley. She is/was an amazing woman. She is a sister, a friend, a Soldier, who served in Iraq, a daughter, a poet, a joker, beautiful, smart,  opinionated, and most importantly, her greatest & most cherished accomplishment, a Mother of 3 lovely girls. Kelley struggled with many trials & tribulations, heartache & heartbreak, but through it all she always managed to soldier through despite it all, where many others would & have given up along time ago. Sadly, Kelley could not continue her battle any longer and ended her life September 5, 2016. She was living in Kauai Hawaii. I need your help to take care of her & bring her home one last time. Please keep my family in your thoughts & prayers. Thank you for your support.
