Friend in serious need

My name is Jackie and I am a friend of Jocelyn. Jocelyn is going through a rough patch here. Her dog Sass just was at the emergency vets for a few weeks last month. While Sass is recovering well, Jocelyn's father's health declined and he passed away last week. Now, just today Jocelyn's house started on fire.
