Help Rosie Cross the Rainbow Bridge

I'm raising funds to do an at-home euthanisia for my 14 year old senior cat. She was born in late fall 2009 and I've owned her since she was around 2 - 4 months old. She was found in a dumpster with her mom and brother, and the shelter I adopted her from was so kind to rescue her.
Sadly, her advanced arthritis and hip dysplasia are causing her so much pain that she doesn't move from her cat bed, hasn't used a litter box in almost a month, and lost the joy of life.
She's so smart, sweet, and loves to cuddle. I've been working with the vet to try to give her a few more years but the vet thinks it's kinder to put her down. As heartbreaking as that is for me, I agree.
She's always been very shy, slow to warm, and skittish. She hates loud noises and doesn't like to leave the house. Every time I take her to the vet, she meows the entire time, then she tries to curl up into as small of a ball as she can when we get to the exam room. The thought of her being so scared during her last hours ruins me, but it's so expensive to do an at-home euthanasia.
Please enjoy the photos of my cute little Rosie throughout her life.
I'd really appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you.
