URGENT ‼️ Please help my kitten‼️

Hi guys meet syren, shes my 6month old kitten, unfortunately she was chewing on my clothes and ate a long piece of string and its binding her up, she hasnt eaten or drink water in almost a week, i brought her to the vet and they took xrays and told me she needs 2 cuts to take the string out due to it goin into her intestines, right now i cant afford 5000 and they want half of it before considering a payment plan. Ive come on here to look for anyone who can help or take syren in so she can get the help she needs because i dont want her to pass please give me suggestions
