The Dexter Hughley Compassion Fund

Notice.. This campaign was set up with the express permission of Lisa Jennings, Dexter's sister.  ALL funds will be given directly to Lisa.  
Dexter Hughley, or Buster as some of his friends know him is a bright light in our small hometown of Apopka. On any given day you can find Dexter at Wendy's where he gives so much more than great service and good food. Dexter always takes the time to make his customers feel special. With a cheery God Bless you as you pay for your order you leave Wendy's feeling a little lighter because knowing there is someone so kind reaffirms your faith in people. Sadly, in the wee hours Thursday morning Dexter was seriously injured when a gun man robbed him as he arrived home. He is in critical condition as I write this and we are praying for his recovery. This tradgedy was compounded by the fact That his mother had passed away earlier in the week. Dexter's sister, Lisa Jennings now has the task of laying their mother to rest and then standing vigil by her brothers side. Their will undoubtedly be financial needs in the near future. So we are asking you to donate what you can afford and pray with us that Dexter will recover and be home soon. Thank you for your support, prayers, and generosity.
