Greg's Power Chair and Van Tie Down

This is embarrassing to ask for, but I need a new power wheelchair. Since I became a quadriplegic in 1977 at the age of 19, I have been dependent on a wheelchair including the device which secures the chair to the van so I can drive.  My insurance is covering some cost for a new power chair, but other necessities, (what insurance consider "upgrades"), needed on the chair and needed in the van are not covered by insurance and will cost out of pocket an additional $5,480. The device needed that secures the chair in the van is approximately $2,500.00. My 17 year old van itself is having electrical and a/c issues that will cost about $2,000.00 to repair.  
Over these years I have done my best to manage things in my life and my wheelchair. My current chair is over 10 years old and failing. I have worked for many years and done my best through the years to support myself, a home, including providing some support for my mother. However, life's responsibilities have caught up to me and I just don't have the funds to handle these new challenges at this time. It is difficult for me to ask and reach out this way, but I would appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you.
