The Team at Coles Top Ryde are raising funds for Jeremiah Chow's Family,

Jeremiah Chow was a 19 year old team member in the Fresh Produce department.

Last Monday - 3rd of April, we were informed by Felicia, Jeremiah's Mum of the shocking news that Jeremiah had passed away in the early hours of the morning.

Jeremiah, after his closing shift on Sunday, had pizzas with his family for dinner, which unfortunately had nuts. Jeremiah suffered complications from an allergic reaction to nuts and unfortunately passed away.

We want to assist Jeremiah Family with Funeral costs... this family has lost so much!

Jeremiah was a great team member and had made many friends! The team is devastated by this tragic loss!
