Help my friend Tatiana and her family in Ukraine

My name is Orly and I live in New York with my husband and young son. I was born in Odessa, Ukraine, where I met my childhood friend, Tatyana. She is currently fleeing Kiev, Ukraine for Romania with her 11-year-old son Kirill, 4-year-old daughter, Tatyana, and their pet cat. Sadly, her husband has to stay behind as Ukrainian men are currently banned from leaving the country so they can help fight the Russian Armed Forces.

I’m raising funds to help Tatyana support her family while they’re in Romania, as she won’t be able to work and will need money for essentials like food, clothing and medical care. Most urgently, her son broke his arm a few days ago and will require follow-up medical attention. They left quickly and could take very little along with them, so they’re missing many everyday items.
