Breanne's Road To Recovery

Breanne has truly touched so many lives with her love, wisdom, faith and true perseverance. As many of you know, Breanne suffered a massive seizure on November 2, 2016. Doctors determined she has a condition called PRES. Her blood pressure elevated to a dangerous level, causing her brain to swell and resulting in a seizure. Breanne spent the first 5 days in ICU on a ventilator and in a medically induced coma. On Sunday, November 6th, the doctors turned off the sedatives and de-intubated Breanne, not knowing what she was in for. As of right now, Breanne has suffered what we hope to be only a minor brain injury, and a substantial amout of memory loss. When Breanne is medically stable, she will need to transition to a rehabilitation facility and begin occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy. These next few months will prove to be emotionally straining and financially difficult. We are starting this GoFundMe in hopes to lessen this burden on Breanne and her immediate family.
