Adam Smith

Adam Smith needs your support, Adam caught influenza A and pneumonia, he was airlifted to the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney and placed on life support, after 2 weeks Adam was brought out of a coma but remains on dialysis in a serious state, due to his current condition Adam has been informed that he will have to have both his arms below the elbow removed and both his legs below the knee removed.

Adam has worked in the community for over 15yrs supporting and helping troubled youth which he loved and was very good at, it was his calling.

Now Adam needs your help, it is going to be a very long road to recovery for Adam, he will need alot of help and support, he will have many bills for his medical expenses, medications, living expenses not to mention any modifications required for his everyday getting around.
