Magana Support Fund

This is for my sister Karen and my brother in law, Rigo.
Rigo is chronically afflicted with a rare condition called late-onset lymphedema. It causes intense and painful swelling in his legs to occur which can lead to open wounds that can develop serious bacterial infections. Because of this, he has a comprimised immune system and is susceptible to catching other infections much easier than the average person. On a few occasions, these infections have spread into his blood and organs resulting in extended hospital stays...this is where we are today.
Rigo was hospitalized a week ago after catching a strep infection. It immediately caused him to have heart palpitations, severe swelling in his leg that resulted in a terrible wound, kidney issues and then liver problems. Today he was air lifted to a Seattle hospital and is undergoing surgery to try and drain the infection from his leg, what will come next is still unclear. His wife has followed him there in the car.
This couple has 4 amazing young children and are just barely "surviving" on one teacher's salary. But amazingly you will never hear them complain, in fact they are known to give to others in greater need than themselves. They would say that God has blessed them with a roof over their head, enough food to nourish their family and truly wonderful children, so what is there to complain about and why wouldn't they share God's blessing with others?
Please consider donating to this family, to help Karen travel back and forth to Seattle and to help pay for these new medical bills they most certainly can't afford. And please, please keep them in your prayers; this time will be a long road to recovery.
Update:
Rigo was released from his battle for health yesterday and called home to heaven. I will continue this fund to help support his family with ongoing expenses and healing.
