Becca

Hi, my name is Nico. I am a CNA at the PMC hospital in Charlotte, NC.

Last year I had Becca(a 21 year old female) as my patient. We soon became super close and great friends! Through talking with her, I learned about her severe autoimmune gastrointestinal disease, causing her severe restrictions in her daily life.

Becca is consistently hooked up to a GJ tube and multiple IVs. Her single mother works multiple jobs to help pay for Becca's medical bills, and Becca's brother was also unable to go to college due to financial hardships. They live out in a rural area with very limited access to medical help, costing them much more in transportation costs when Becca has to go to the ER or to her doctors visits.

I want to try and help raise money to ease the financial hardships for Becca and her family and to give her the opportunity to pay for better medical care and improve her diagnosis.
