Help my Girlfriend get Surgery ️‍⚧️

Hi, I'm fundraising to help my girlfriend get access to a life changing medical procedure to help reduce her gender dysphoria! I've been with her for a long time, and I've seen her struggle with dysphoria surrounding her Adam's Apple since we've met. To minimize this dysphoria she plans on undergoing a tracheal shave. Unfortunately, where we live, many feminizing procedures are considered "cosmetic" and aren't covered by public healthcare. As we are both low income, saving up the money has been impossible while living paycheck to paycheck. I want to help get her this procedure as a gift, and I'm hoping the community can help me reach this goal. The money raised will go to the surgery itself, as well as any costs needed in recovery.
