4 Families Lost EVERYTHING in a Fire
Donation protected
On March 4th 2025, a raging fire in Antipolo City, Philippines destroyed decades of memories, homes, and belongings—leaving four families with nothing but the clothes on their backs. These aren’t just houses that burned down; they were lifelong homes, safe spaces, and the heart of a close-knit community.
Paolo, Jhen, Baste, and Sam – This loving family of four lost everything. Their home, where they raised their young children, is now gone. Baste and Sam no longer have a bed to sleep in, toys to play with, or even clothes beyond what they were wearing that fateful night.
Marites, Erick, and April – Marites and Erick built their home from the ground up, pouring their hearts into every corner. Now, all that remains are the painful reminders of what was. Their daughter, April, has lost not only her home but also her school supplies, clothes, and the safety of a familiar space.
Jimmy, Marcy, Jared, and Jam – While their house still stands, its walls were ravaged by the fire, and many of their belongings were lost. They are grateful for what remains, but they, too, face the overwhelming burden of rebuilding their lives.
Clarence – A hardworking young artist who lost not only his home but also his tattoo studio, which he built from the ground up. His two beloved dogs are now without a safe place to stay, and everything he worked for—his equipment, his business, and his future—was taken in an instant.
For decades, these families have lived side by side, sharing joys, laughter, and struggles. Their homes were not just buildings—they were filled with childhood memories, family gatherings, and the warmth of a supportive community. Now, they are left with nothing but heartbreak.
How You Can Help
These families need urgent assistance to meet their basic needs:
✅ Clothing – They have nothing but the clothes they were wearing.
✅ Food & Essentials – They need groceries, hygiene items, and daily necessities.
✅ Rebuilding Their Homes – Any contribution will help them find shelter and slowly rebuild.
✅ Helping Clarence Restart His Business – A small donation can help him replace his tattoo equipment and get back on his feet.
A Canadian family member of the affected families is the listed beneficiary as direct transfer of funds to a Philippine bank is not currently a feature on GoFundMe. The beneficiary will be transferring all received funds directly to the affected families.
No amount is too small. Every donation will bring them one step closer to healing and starting over. If you can’t donate, please share this with your friends and family. Your kindness and generosity will make a world of difference.
Thank you for your support!
