PowerHouse Family Benefit Fund For Tragic Accident
Donation protected
Update – thank you all so much for the contributions to this fund. We are closing the campaign effective 1/4/2019 and will make the final distributions to the family for the remaining balance of the account.
Please continue to keep the Escalante-Valdez, Nava and Hernandez families in your prayers as they mourn the loss of their sons. Please also pray for Esequiel Escalante as he leaves the hospital this week and begins the journey of his rehabilitation for his injuries.
Thank you from PowerHouse for all your support during this campaign.

My name is Lauralee Courtney and I am the Human Resources Manager for PowerHouse Electrical Services, Inc. I have established this campaign on behalf of the owners of PowerHouse.
All funds from this campaign will be divided equally 4 ways for each employee in the accident. The chosen representative for each of the 3 who passed away will receive the employees portion and the surviving victim will receive his portion of the money. We will transfer the money collected into a separate designated business account and issue checks made out to the appropriate person.
On December 11, 2018, a tragic car accident occurred with 4 PowerHouse employees on their way to work. Three of the four were killed in the accident and one is in the hospital with serious injuries.
PowerHouse has established this fund to assist the grieving families during this difficult time.
Jesus Escalante-Valdez, 21, Alixis Hernandez, 21, and Clemente Nava, 20, were killed in the accident. These young men were valued members of our team and loved and respected by their peers.
Esequiel Escalante, 22, is in the hospital with serious injuries. He will be missed during his absence and we wish him a speedy and full recovery.
Our thoughts and prayers are with these fine young men and their families.
